The restaurant had delicious food.
There were very good staff and location for a fairly nice stay.
Shame the bathroom was very small.
Luxury classic hotel, magnificent views, prime location close to the theme park. Excellant services, free Wi-Fi.

The weather was very good, had fun stay. It was air-conditioned, and the bathroom was luxury. There also was easy parking and lovely pool.
I had a lovely stay at this perfect little hotel. Central location, hearty breakfast, incredibly helpful staff. The venue was perfectly set in a historic area. The queen room I had was very fancy. The service was friendly, always with a smile.

Liked the atmosphere of this smoke free hotel, particularly good location and pleasant rooms. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have lovely beds.
It deserves its 4 stars. Service and views here were awsome. Appreciated that the room had a heating system, a safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Many thanks to concierge!
A decent base for exploring Los Angeles. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were nice.
One could dine at restaurants such as Good Neighbor 15 minutes away. We liked the modern decor of our room. We would love to go back on our next trip to Los Angeles...
great location in 5 min walk from the universal city metro station. walking to a subway station from sheraton universal was easy. service was excellant throughout the hotel. all in all really enjoyable stay.

I stayed here for 3 nights and liked my choice. The king room was newly renovated and tidy with a great view. It made my trip to Los Angeles a very good experience.
